Privacy Policy

1. Overview

MAFIA, published by Koreex Systems LLC, is a privacy-first, fully offline application. It contains no networking code, so nothing you do in the app is ever sent to us or to anyone else. We do not operate servers, we do not use analytics, and we never sell or share your data — because we never receive it in the first place. This policy explains the small amount of data the app stores on your own device.

2. Data We Store on Your Device

The only information MAFIA saves is the list of player names you type in as the host. These names are stored exclusively on your device using Apple's UserDefaults, along with a “last played” timestamp so your most recent players appear first when you set up the next game.

No User Accounts

MAFIA does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide an email address or any other personal information to play.

3. No Servers, No Third Parties

MAFIA runs entirely on your device using only Apple's own frameworks. It does not connect to the internet and does not include any third-party software:

  • No servers or cloud — the app has no backend and transmits no data.
  • No analytics or tracking SDKs.
  • No advertising networks.
  • No crash-reporting services.

Because nothing ever leaves your device, there is no data for any outside party to receive.

4. Notifications

MAFIA does not send push notifications.

5. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

The current version of MAFIA is completely free and contains no in-app purchases. If optional paid features are introduced in a future release, they will be processed entirely by Apple through the App Store — we would never receive or store your payment details.

6. Analytics & Advertising

We do not use analytics, and we do not use advertising networks. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not sell or share your data — there is none to sell.

7. Your Rights & Data Deletion

Because your player names are stored only on your device, you are always in full control:

  • Access: Open the app at any time to view your saved names.
  • Deletion: Remove saved names individually inside the app, or delete MAFIA from your device to permanently erase every stored name.

There is no cloud copy, so there is nothing to request deletion of by contacting us.

8. Children's Privacy

MAFIA is a party game suitable for a general audience, but it is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. As explained above, the app does not collect personal data from anyone.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. The “Last Updated” date at the top will always reflect the most recent version.
