Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using MAFIA (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

MAFIA is an offline moderator for the in-person party game Mafia (also known as Werewolf). All gameplay runs locally on a single device that players pass around. The App does not provide user accounts, online multiplayer, or any feature that transmits data over a network.

3. License & Acceptable Use

MAFIA is provided for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App;
• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or create derivative works from the App;
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the App.

4. In-App Purchases & Billing

The current version of MAFIA is free and contains no in-app purchases. If optional paid features are introduced in a future release, they will be sold and processed by Apple through the App Store. All billing, renewals, and refunds for any such purchases are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's standard policies.

5. Intellectual Property

MAFIA, including its name, branding, artwork, and code, is the intellectual property of Koreex Systems LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without prior written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any particular feature will be available at all times.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Koreex Systems LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the App.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The “Last Updated” date will always reflect the most recent version.
